Our goal is to provide decent, safe and sanitary housing for low-income families. Canton Housing Authority (CHA) owns and operates 145 public housing units located at three sites: Jefferson Circle, Shipp Street and Oakside Drive. We offer One, Two, Three and Four Bedroom units for rent throughout each development. Each home features thoughtful design and recent upgrades to make your home your own personal retreat. All units feature a fully equipped kitchen, washer and dryer connections, and private patio or balcony. All of our housing developments are in close proximity to employment centers, religious and educational institutions, local bus transportation, and recreational and cultural amenities.
